Habits are basically the activities we like to perform in our day to day life. Habits are chosen by you but it is contradictorily projected. Habits are consent for your actions. What you love doing is never a pain for someone to execute. He/She will put one’s whole body and soul into it.
Quitting is neglecting the habits that someone had adapted for a longer period of time. It takes a brave heart to accept and take this very big step to overpower your Weaknesses. A person who does that is mindful of the harm he is causing to himself and the people connected to him.

This can be done daily by meditating, exercising, or even practicing writing (everyday schedule). Nothing down your entire day on a piece of paper will always remind you that you have no room for bad and negative habits in your day. Whenever you get an urge to do it just remove the checklist and you will feel better.

Drinking Plenty of water
It’s a myth a healthy mind comes from a clean stomach. On average, we are supposed to drink at least 2 Liters of water every day. It is also believed that drinking water helps in better functioning of the entire body system. It helps you to perform your everyday work efficiently. Control your Cravings
Craving is a desire or a temptation you cannot resist. It brings happiness to one’s life be it good/bad. It is impossible to overlook your cravings when they are right in front of you. The best way to avoid them is to divert your mind from thinking about something else or even an exercise to count numbers in reverse order would perhaps help.

It can also be called a need for mental attention as they would like to keep all thoughts to themselves. They never can spill their thoughts publically with a fear of being judged.
